Order Processing

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and order number. Please keep this for your records. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

Processing Time

• Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Custom or special orders may take 3-5 business days to process
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Order Modifications

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, we cannot guarantee modifications as your order may already be in processing. To request changes, please contact us immediately at admin@plantgenius.in or call +91 76988 44134.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India. Delivery times and charges may vary based on your location:

• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
• Other Cities: 4-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• Standard shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹999
• Express shipping: ₹199 (1-2 business days in metro cities)
• Cash on Delivery: Additional ₹50 (available in select cities)

Delivery Guidelines

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours
• Delivery attempts are made between 9 AM to 7 PM on business days
• If no one is available, we'll attempt delivery up to 3 times
• After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our facility
• You'll be notified via SMS/email before each delivery attempt

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for most items:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original, unopened condition
• Original packaging and labels must be intact
• A copy of the original invoice must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used health supplements
• Perishable items with short shelf life
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards or digital products

Return Process

2. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
4. Ship the item to our return address (we'll provide this)
5. We'll process your return within 5-7 business days of receiving the item

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
